Classic Media has done an interesting thing here - they have extracted sequences of episodes from the TV shows and presented them on this DVD as complete adventures. This collection contains 3 stories, "WASAMOTTA U", "TREASURE OF MONTE ZOOM" and "GOOF GAS ATTACK". You can watch the 12 segment "WASAMOTTA U", the 8 segment "TREASURE OF MONTE ZOOM" or the 8 segment "GOOF GAS ATTACK" in their entirety, uninterrupted, as Rocket J. Squirrel and Bullwinkle J. Moose foil the dastardly plots of that evil duo, Boris and Natasha.

  • Wasamotta U has Rocky and Bullwinkle recruited to bring the struggling WU football team to victory, against the added obstacles of Natasha and Boris and a team of vicious thieves disguised as girls.
  • Boris and Natasha are out to find the hidden Treasure of Monte Zoom and they trick Bullwinkle into helping them.
  • Pottsylvania attacks the country with a Goof Gas Attack, which causes bouts of stupidity in the country;s leaders and scientists. It is up to Bullwinkle to save the country.

As an added bonus, there is a set of delightful clips of the classic live Bullwinkle puppet intros which were used in 1961 when the TV show first aired.

If you want to experience your favorite Rocky and Bullwinkle adventures all at once rather than in bits and pieces, this disk is for you. Of course, you are forced to sit through (or skip over) gratuitous "coming attractions", before you can get to the disk menu, even though you have bought this disk.
